▲ "Fujian Daily" interviewed Liu Yitong

He is a peasant and has lived in this small fishing village in southern Anhui for a lifetime. Mandarin is said to be unfavorable.

He is a painter, from the care of the ink, although the rough life did not give him too much care, but in his later years, he has a beautiful world.

Returning from England, Liu Yitong seems to be brisk.

Inadvertently became the first painter in Fujian to open a solo exhibition at the British Museum. Liu Yitong, who was in the 70th year of the year, did not expect that his ink-and-wash illusion paintings would be loved and recognized in the deep art of Europe.

The satisfaction of the confidant’s self-confidence has made Liu Yitong’s life soaring over the years, the accumulation of difficult feelings, and the seventeen-year-old years of ruthlessness, and no longer so bitter.

Life is like a fantasy

Dabao Village, a typical Minnan fishing village near Shishi Xiangzhi Port.

Living in the sea, living on the sea. The breeze of the sea breeze engraves the color of the sea on the face that lives here.

A Liu boy born in 1950, people feel quite different. The skin color is white, the facial features are good-looking, and since childhood, he has won the love of his grandfather. Since I started to understand things, Ah Yue loves to graffiti, using tiles, charcoal, black materials in batteries, painting boats, painting fish, and painting life on the ground and on the wall.

Grandpa sees the paintings of A Yue, and he has a model, and he will pass it. Once, Liu Yitong finished painting a picture and used a match to pass through the paintings and mosquito nets to fix the painting on the mosquito net. Grandpa saw it with pleasure and said that you love painting so much. When you grow up, you can make money by painting. Master who is proficient in Zhou Yi, I do not know if it is unintentional, or have a long-term calculation. In the fishing villages at that time, most of the relatives and relatives made a living from fishing, and they made a living by painting. Even after many years, the fishermen have already gone ashore to work hard, and Liu Yitong has experienced the ups and downs of life. After all, he still has not left to paint.

"I paint when I have time, I also want to paint when I dream!" Liu Yitong used his persistent hobbies, no teacher, and according to the illustrations of the textbooks, the characters in the villain, hard work, vivid teacher, classmate teacher The view is all right. With savvy and diligence, Liu Yitong’s hand holding the brush did not stop.

In the mid-1960s, Liu Yitong, who was attending school in Jinjiang No. 2 Middle School, studied sketching and drawing, and laid a solid foundation for composition and lines. Later, the country "nothing revolution", did not learn, he secretly learned woodcuts at home.

Talent and persistence, let Liu Yitong become famous. In 1974, Liu Yitong had published many paintings in the "Fujian Daily" and other media, and participated in many national art exhibitions. Since then, he has participated in national art exhibitions for many years, and his fame has been widely known in the north and south.

In the early 1980s, Weinan was the first to reform and open up, and it was doing business. In 1984, Liu Yitong, who had already become a family, started a teaching aid factory, specializing in the production of teaching drawings. In the meantime, although he has set aside art creations, he has hand-crafted millions of wall charts, and has done practical research on the performance of paper and ink, and has made a solid accumulation of material skills for his future artistic innovation.

The Shishi in the early 1990s was hailed as “Oriental Little Shanghai”, and the flow of people, logistics and capital from the whole country and even overseas. In the first wave of economic reforms in the reform and opening up, Liu Yitong was frustrated in the real estate industry and became an unbearable burden in his life. The business sea is sinister and unpopular, and the arrogant Liu Yitong is difficult to calm down. He will close himself at home and the door will not open.

This level is seventeen years. Fortunately, there are paintings.

No pen

Liu Yitong’s home is a two-story red brick building. It is based on stone and stands on a pillar. It is quite like a building.

This house is the spiritual home of Liu Yitong and his inner reconciliation. Of course, still by drawing.

Because of the family's genetic inheritance and edification, Liu Yitong was interested in the traditional Chinese human history since childhood. If Liu Yitong’s paintings were mostly realistic, then since 1990, his style has begun to move toward freehand. In addition, he loves Chinese ink, and the "ink illusion" has become the direction of his life and art.

During the seventeen years, he often stayed up all night and spent the night painting. A few hundred meters from the sea, but the eyes are not seeing the waves, the ears do not listen to the waves.

In the past 17 years, he has been painted into two tigers. The viewers are all admired, but he has not yet settled, just because he feels that he has not reached the best.

In the past 17 years, his painting tools have been made from tiles, charcoal, and pens... and finally he has developed a pen-free environment, and he has become a "ink-and-ink" sect...

Hardships and hardships, smashing the ground, Yu Yu Yucheng.

Liu Yitong's ink illusion paintings resonate and praise. Some people commented: "Viewing its paintings is like a spiritual walk, a journey of the soul. He writes nature in a freehand brushwork, enters the heart and creates a spiritual universe in another natural space created by ink and wash. The rich inner world interprets the spiritual realm of harmony between man and nature and harmony of all things."

The ink illusion, the art of Liu Yitong, is a new life. In Liu Yitong’s life, it is also gradually welcoming the moment of high light.

In the past few years, people who have searched for ink and blue have frequently come to this fishing village in southern Anhui. Liu Yitong, at the invitation of the EU China Economic and Cultural Committee, held the “Liu Yitong Chinese Ink and Illusion Art Exhibition” during the Cannes World Film Festival in France; During the meeting in Xiamen, the Xiamen Museum hosted the “Art China (Xiamen) International Exchange Exhibition”, and forty works including “The Roots and Deep Leaves” created by Liu Yitong were selected for the exhibition. At the end of last year, invited by the British Museum, the “Chinese Ink Illusion Liu Yitong” was held. Art exhibition".

For the creation, Liu Yitong has always insisted that he should not stick to the tradition, and should paint and form his own style. Going international, Liu Yitong pays great attention to highlighting the characteristics of Chinese tradition. Every major event, he must have Chinese clothing and tell the Chinese story.

The return of the British Museum's solo exhibition, Liu Yitong's heart is more open and transparent. The Westerners who used to be impressed by oil paintings were surprised and delighted at his ink-and-wash illusion, and his deep heart also gave birth to many joys. “The art of the world is the same, I want to be the artist of the world,” he said.

Liu Yitong, an artist who wants to be a world artist, is preparing to go to other countries and regions to organize exhibitions, and he is very busy.
